Celebration Dinner
The final class
Together in Week 5, we determined the menu for our dinner the following week. We agreed on an Asian theme for the dishes we would prepare for this Celebratory Feast. A generous gift of fresh caught Salmon and Halibut was provided by one class member. (Tom Vaughn, an ocean loving fisherman.)
The class evening of the dinner we came prepared to cook the meal (inviting our guests to participate in the preparation) and then share our creation with our guests.
With 9 people in the class, we were cooking this meal for ourselves and guests a total of 18 people. Previous recipes were for 32 servings, so the cooking and prep time was slightly reduced.
