Putting Profitable Business Systems in Place

I recently re-focused my business to being the WordPress Website Managing Agency full time.

It took me awhile to get here. I was trying to do too many things for too many people. I learned I was approaching things all wrong. I did not have any simple, systems in place. I thought I could do it by the seat of my pants. and I was tired. Hey, it was successful for me before… I got to do it my way!

Finally, after making not very much money for some time now trying to do everything and doing it by myself … I decided it was time to think like a REAL business. After all, why was I doing this? Yes, my primary goal was to help people; yet, didn’t I value my own experience, expertise and worth?

I’ve been listening and learning. Every successful businessperson I was paying attention to, knew that systems were the difference between huge success and spinning in circles working yourself to death.

I’ve been haphazardly building my online business for some time now – learning a lot, getting distracted with this “shiny object” and that one, buying things I didn’t need. I’ve been doing OK however certainly not wildly successful. I had avoided spending time necessary to create systems.

Honestly, I really did not know where to start. It took me too long to realize it might be a good idea. This flying by the seat or your pants stuff gets tiresome after a while. I needed to focus on my business.

Recently, I joined the NAMS community (Novel and Advanced Marketing System) and have taken the steps to get serious about focusing on processes and systems that work with the guidance of David Perdew and Jen.
